A British tabloid has released photos of 23-year-old US Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps smoking marijuana. The scandal has cost Phelps a number of endorsement deals. He was also suspended by USA Swimming for three months. He has apologized for his actions, saying it was “obviously bad judgment and it’s something I’m not proud of at all.”
