According to Italian musican and computer technician Giovanni Maria Pala, Leonardo Da Vinci cleverly hid musical notes within his famed “Last Supper” painting, and that the soundtrack emphasizes the passion of Jesus.
Pala has been studying the “Last Supper” for the past four years, and in his book “La Musica Celata” (”The Hidden Music”), he Pala describes how he found what he says are other clues in the painting that reveal the slow rhythm of the composition and the duration of each note.
