Mark Verzo, the Filipino blogger and webmaster who became an overnight celebrity courtesy of Senator Loren Legarda, has posted a statement on his blogfor the first time after the BoyBastos.com controversy.
Titled “Business as Usual”, Verso starts by saying: “I miss blogging.”
He continues:
The past week-and-a-half has been one Hell of an experience. Worse than the times I lost someone close to me - knowing that back then, the overall misery was divided, and, the road to recovery was shared. This time, I am alone. The trail ends with me. And, although I am truly grateful that I am supported by all walks of life, I will only share what I would consider a victorious outcome with thee; I will never implicate any of you in harm’s way if the most-feared worst case scenario becomes.
Verzo said he was invoking his right to remain silent and assured members of his controversial forum that he will “never implicate any of you.”Verzo promised to publish soon “The Story of Boy Bastos.”
