Students briefed on President Arroyo’s ‘ocho-ocho’ thrusts

In Iloilo City, Philippines, more than 500 students were briefed by the Philippine Information agency on the “ocho-ocho” thrusts of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, according to the official government portal in a press release with the naughty headline:
