In Malolos City, Philippines, a 45-year-old man has been charged with two counts of rape for abusing her 9-year-old daughter — whom doctors said had only four months to live because of leukemia.
Charged with rape was one Ireneo Perea, who allegedly raped his sick daughter while she was bedridden.
The victim tells People Journal:
Sabi niya papatulugin po niya ako at hihilutin.Pero hinihipuan niya ako. (He said he’s going to put me to sleep, but he began to fondle me.)
The case was so revolting that even the governor of Bulacan province has stepped in and assured full assistance to the girl, who was diagnosed with leukemia last April.
