In Talakag town, Bukidnon, government authorities burned 80,000 fully grown marijuana plants which they uprooted from a clandestine plantation. The raiding team included the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), Special Operations Group, 1003rd Provincial Police Mobile Group, and the Police Regional Mobile Group in Region 10.
The raiders decided to burn some of the marijuana plants at site because of the difficulty of transporting them. [source]
