(Reuters - PHILIPPINES) South-western military chief Lieutenant General Eugenio Cedo (R) turns over a total of 1 million pesos (US$21,000.00) to Rodrigo, a military informant who led troops to the capture of an al Qaeda linked Abu Sayyaf sub-leader during ceremonies at a military camp in the port city of Zamboanga, southern Philippines March 30, 2007. The informant who also received a total of 2,500 US dollars as reward money from US Pacific Command for the same information, led Philippine troops to the capture of ranking Abu Sayyaf sub-leader Abdullah Mohammad who was involved in the kidnapping of Americans Guillermo Sobero and Martin and Gracia Burham, during an entrapment
