In Sarangani, General Santos City (Philippines), a 15-year-old boy died of choking after swallowing a live fish!
Reports reaching Camp Crame identified the fatality as a certain Johnny Talino, who was dead on arrival at the hospital with a live fish stuck in his throat.
Witnesses told police that Talino was in a gathering with friends and made a dare that he’d swallow a fish alive. He then jokingly opened his mouth and lifted a live fish just above his gaping jaw.
The fish, however, slipped from his hand and plunged into his open mouth, and then straight into this throat where it blocked his air passageway.
His friends still thought he was joking, even if he dropped on the floor and started gasping for breath. They realized, however, that he was really choking when they saw him turning blue and stop breathing.
Talino may have been inspired by fish-swallowing videos on YouTube, where drunk kids swallow live fish and then puke them out to see if they’re still alive.
But while fish-swallowing jokes and pranks involve only small fishes, Talino may have used a bigger fish in his fatal prank.

Then vomits to puke it out:

mahal kasi ang mantika kung ipririto pa.
hindi tlga maganda ang mag pa “show-off”. dahil aksidente ay nangyayari unexpectedly.
kung siya ba naman ay nag eenjoy na lang sa civilized way. sayang tuloy ang buhay niya. sayang tlga.
