The shocking claims by a former receptionist at the Belo clinic that she had an 11-month sexual relationship wit PBA cager James Yap has hit hard Kris Aquino.

The sex scandal came even as Kris was 7 months pregnant with her first child with the much younger Yap. She had been hospitalized after suffering from labor pains caused by stress from the scandal.
The woman, identified as Hope Centeno, came out in the media with the story of her affair with Kris Aquino’s husband.
“She succeeded in hurting me,” Kris said in TV interview.
But Kris said while she has not completely forgiven her “player” husband. she will fight to save their marriage.
Kris Aquino, the youngest daughter of former Philippine President Corazon Aquino and the martyred Ninoy Aquino, married Yap after bouncing back from a failed relationship with comedian and former Paranaque Mayor Joey Marquez. Kris has a son with another actor, Philip Salvador.
