In Valenzuela City (Philippines), a three-year-old girl was raped by a drug-crazed next-door neighbor, then thrown out of a second-storey window.
By some miracle, the victim survived but is now in critical condition at the Valenzuela City General Hospital. She suffered a fractured leg, body bruises and complained of pain in her private parts.
The suspect was identified as Efren Villacorte, 45, married, and a neighbor of the victim at Elysian Subd., Bgy. Marulas, Valenzuela City. Police said Villacorte had already admitted to the crime.
Investigation showed that the suspect saw the girl only in diapers straying to the front of his house om Saturday evening. He then allegedly grabbed the girl and took her upstairs where he raped her.
He then allegedly threw her out of the window like a cat.
P/Supt. Billy Beltran, Valenzuela City police chief, said the suspect tried to flee but was arrested by responding policemen.kas subalit agad ding naaresto.
