Malaysian lady reporter upskirted by city hall CCTV

In Penang, Malaysia, a young female news reporter got the shock of her life when she found out that the city hall staff recorded focused the closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera on her thighs during a municipal council meeting. She was wearing above-knee skirts during the coverage.

The victim was Melissa Darlyne Chow, 22, shown in this picture below (via Politics101Malaysia)

The CCTV camera was focusing on her thighs for 15 minutes, according to the MalaysianBar.
