Ayon sa ulat, hindi pa rin sumusuko si Joanna Rose Bacosa, ang diumano’y girlfriend ni Manny Pacquiao na naanakan nito, sa kanyang kaso upang makakuha ng child support mula sa boksingero para sa diumano’y dalawang-taong anak nito kay Joanna.
