next time dapat ayusin agad ang connection ,para hindi “HASSSLE” sa customer @ wala ng murahan na mang yari pa…peace be with u!!!!!!!!!!!

As the saying goes ” customer is always right” the girl should not reacted that way to his customer..it’s the customer’s initial reaction to utter nasty expression specially when the customer is asking for a supervisor to talk to since he can’t get a explicit answer from the girl if customer would still pay for the 2 days no internet connection. I think it is also the companys’ fault.. There must be a supervisor or officer on-duty that time who is ready to answer all customer’s queries..
