Tiffany Hall was charged with murder for cutting out a fetus from the womb of a pregnant friend, Jimella Tunstall , (using a scissor), and then drowned the victim’s two other children, before stuffing their bodies in a washer and dryer.
Records showed she had a troubled past. She has pleaded not guilty.
