You are never going to believe this. An Indian businessman was recently admitted to a New Delhi hospital for an extremely challenging surgery: his extra penis would have to be removed.

The 24-year-old dude from the northern state of Uttar Pradesh was born with two penises, but he wanted to marry and lead a normal sexual life, so he wanted doctors to remove his second fully formed penis.

His condition is called penile or diphallus, defined as:

A rare congenital anomaly in which the penis or clitoris is partially or completely doubled.

… which occurs one in every 5 million births in the United States. According to JIAPS, there has been only 100 reported cases of diphallus since 1906.
