At the parking lot of a Cebu City shopping mall, drunken teenage girls dance lewd on tabletops and couples make it out in dark corners or at the restroom, reports the Cebu Daily News. The parking lot is also becoming a “pickup place for prostituted women and a hangout for drug users” the report said. PinoySpy agents in Cebu have been sent to check this report and submit “undercover” photographic evidence.
